\\LIABILITY POLICY

 

a) By purchasing a ticket or tickets you will be asked to confirm that you agree to the below terms and conditions.

b) You the "ticket holder" agree that for the purposes of this agreement, Poppy Fields Music Festival, Ibstock Ex-Forces Fund and Ibstock Royal British Legion will be known hereof as "event organisers" and their known "affiliates" Pretoria Show Ground, and Weetoze Media.

c) You agree to waiver any claim of liability where you the "ticket holder" assume all responsibility for accident risk or danger incidental to the event whether occurring prior to, during or subsequent to, the event. Further, the ticket holder releases the "event organisers" Poppy Fields Music Festival, Ibstock Ex-Forces Fund, Ibstock Royal British Legion, and "affiliates" Pretoria Show Ground and Weetoze Media and all subsequent associated affiliates with the afore mentioned, including The Royal British Legion, of all liability and waive any claim for damages, accidental or otherwise, they may have against their affiliates and promotors. 

 

d) "Ticket holder" must be aware that they can be injured by many activities inherent in an outdoor music festival including but not limited to acts of others and the general maintenance of the grounds and buildings among others and this liability release is thereby given without limitation of any kind.

 

e) Whilst we endeavour to ensure that the website is fully operational at all times, The "ticket holder" agrees to waiver any right of liability against the "event organisers", "affiliates" and the associates thereof for any loss resulting from those occasions when there are interruptions to service due to essential maintenance, system upgrades, internet service interruptions or any other factors beyond our control. Weetoze Media will not be liable for any indirect, consequential, exemplary, incidental, special or punitive damages, or for any claim of financial loss associated with transaction processing by our service providers.

 

d) Neither "event organisers" nor "affiliates" shall have any further liability beyond the face value of the ticket purchased. Neither the "event organisers" nor "affiliates" shall be liable for any loss of enjoyment or wasted expenditure. Personal arrangements including travel, subsistence and accommodation relating to the Event which have been arranged by you are at your own risk.

 

e) "Event organisers" and "affiliates" disclaim any and all liability for the acts, omissions and conduct of any third party person(s) or companies, website users, other event ticket holders, advertisers and / or sponsors in connection with this website, ticket service or festival. Nor shall they be responsible for the products, services, actions and performances or other third party providers in connection with and for the duration of the festival and thereafter.

 

f) Notwithstanding the foregoing, nothing in this agreement shall be taken to limit or excluded. Any liability which the "organisers" may have, including (i) death or personal injury arising from negligence; (ii) fraudulent misrepresentation; or (iii) any liability that cannot be excluded or restricted by law, shall remain.

 

g) Poppy Fields Music Festival liability in relation to noise pollution and any matters arising are taken seriously. Should you have any concerns or complaints please contact our Noise Abatement Officer on 07533 627812. Also available out of hours.
